Carmelo Attard started trading in sanitary ware, Ceramic Tiles and General Building Materials in 1967 under the trade name of Carini Stores. Trading started in Pieta and was further developed from Carini Street in St. Venera. The street was to lend its name to the company. Carini Stores Ltd., was established in 1992 and took over all operations by Carini Stores.

S Glazed porcelain is state of the art ceramic product. Selected, sinterized clays, special glazes and high firing temperature simply make resistant surface beautiful.
