ESL GROSS MARKET, (Emmanuel Said Limited) is one of the oldest Firms importing Toys and Games in Malta. It used to have its offices and stores in Britannia Street, Valletta. Due to the continued enlargement of the business and also due to traffic problems in the capital city, in 1969 the Firm was transferred to Zabbar, first in Sanctuary Street then to a much larger premises in Labour Road. The Company has been functioning from these premises since 1990. These premises consist of three floors. Two floors serve as show space with an area of 1000 sq.mt. whereas the basement serves for storage.

Initially the Company dealt in various lines such as Wines & Spirits, Disinfectants, Sports Goods and Underwater Equipment apart from Toys and Games which has always been the main line. Throughout the years many of the above lines have been given the side so as the Management could concentrate more on Toys and Games.

This action by the Management was proved right and obtained a very positive result. For the last 20 years, ESL GROSS MARKET has been the leading importers and distributors of Toys & Games in Malta and eGozo. It is the only place where retailers can pick and purchase new stocks off the shelves.
