Situated
in Malta’s capital city Valletta and located within
an old Maltese town house is Ristorante Giannini. This roof-top
restaurant is set on three floors having the lounge bar area
downstairs as you enter the old building from where a lift
and staircase can reach the dining area which is located on
the top floor. Outside dining offer unobstructed, breath-taking
views of Manoel Island and Marsamxett Harbour give Ristorante
Giannini one of the best views a restaurant in Valletta can
offer. Inside the décor is simple and elegant with
mirrors which stretch the width of each end of the room providing
the restaurant with a sense of space, cotton tablecloths and
crystal glassware give a stylish touch for those wanting to
dine in style.

Ristorante
Giannini has recently been taken over by new management who
are of Italian origin. Claudio Tallarini who is executive
chef/patron and his two sons Ivan and Marco who although are
young have gained various experiences in some of the best
restaurants ‘Relais Chateau D'Italia' in Europe. Juanita
Muscat maitre who is young and cordial, Chris Bonello sommelier
who can advise you to choose the right wine to compliment
one's meal and Alfred Vella head barman who would make you
tastes the best international aperitifs and digestives.
The
a la carte menu features mainly Italian, Mediterranean and
local-style dishes which changes seasonally.
Ristorante
Giannini combines 5 star service and excellent food with stunning
views; we hope it will continue to create something of a stir.
