| Giuseppi's
is situated on a corner site at the top of the main road in
Mellieha. An old restored Maltese house full of Old World
charm, floored with stone slabs and with walls painted in
brush-strokes of brown-red, dull blue and faded yellow. Giuseppi’s
has been established by owner and chef patron Michael Diacono
for the past seventeen years who is known to adapt traditional-style
recipes with unusual but highly successful twists.

Giuseppi’s
presents a selected a la Carte menu based on local and Mediterranean
cuisine which is changed monthly, retaining starters that
are favourite requests such as Chestnut Mushrooms prepared
in butter with garlic, basil, tomatoes and parsley, and Deep
Fried Goat's Cheese served with salad leaves as garnish and
a tomato and garlic concasser. Our daily special is the Fresh
Fish of the Day. Giuseppi’s offers a good selection
of wines to accompany each exquisite dish.

Giuseppi's
is definitely a must to go. A relaxed atmosphere, good service
and fresh and genuine food are all characteristics which Giuseppi's
has retained over the years.
