The traditional Maltese architecture serves as the perfect backdrop for the amazing variety of first plates of fresh, homemade pasta prepared daily according to the rules of regional Italian cuisine.

The daily specials vary, depending on the chef’s first choice of fresh ingredients found at the local market. Fresh local fish and a choice of prime cuts of meats including Fiorentina di Chianina, game and traditionally prepared Italian sausage accompanied by homemade organic bread are all available, as well as a vast selection of wine to complement our preparations.
