La Maltija restaurant is run by Mr Charles Spiteri, ex-chef
of the President of Malta, and Mrs Tatcher, ex-Prime Minister
of England.
La
Maltija is the only restaurant in St. Julians and Paceville
serving Maltese traditional food. Mr Charles Spiteri was voted
the best chef in 1997 on TV.
La
Maltija Restaurant was voted by 'The Definitive Good Guide
to Restaurants in Malta & Gozo' as the Best Restaurant
for Maltese Food 2004.
