In keeping up with our reputation we welcome you to an exciting world of Chinese and Oriental Cuisine where all flavours, colours and diversity of Oriental cooking are captured in more than a hundred authentic mouth-watering dishes, including succulent Sizzling Plates, Steamed Dishes, an exquisite range for Vegetarians and beautifully presented flavoured Chinese and Cantonese dishes.

Using ingredients and spices imported especially by us, all items, sauces and home-made dim sum are prepared by our Head Chef Mr. Hu and his Chinese assistants. To compliment these dishes our guests may choose wines from our extensive wine list specially chosen by our wine consultant; red wines in particular are served from our temperature controlled wine cave.
