The menu is proposed everyday and gracefully combines modern Mediterranean cuisine with strong French and Italian influences. In a convivial environment, you can enjoy genuine food impeccably prepared by Chef Andrew Borg who has what it takes to create refined and creative food from the finest seasonal produce available on the market.

The 175-bin wine list is nicely priced, concentrating mostly on Italian and Bordeaux wines. It is well thought out to provide you with the opportunity of choosing the best wine that perfectly complements your choice of food. For the cautious ones, there is always wine sommelier, Jesmond Dimech, who can assist you in your choice of wine. The list features also an interesting selection of Ports and Whisky to finish off your meal.
