Ron's Restaurant is located along the waterfront of Marsaxlokk and offers diners a pleasurable dinner either on the tables set outside along the pavement or upstairs where one can enjoy lovely views of the colourfull fishing boats and of the busy flea market outside.

The menu is based on a Mediterranean cuisine having a variety of seadfood dishes. Starters consist of soups such as the traditional 'Aljotta' (fisherman's fish soup), pasta which include a choice of spaghetti, penne or farfalle and sauces such as 'Octopus', 'Mixed Seafood sauce', 'Al Salmone', or 'Sugo Nero' amongst others. A selection of rice dishes like 'Risotto Marinara', 'Risotto Gamberi' and 'Risotto Funghi' are available as well. For something slightly lighter one can choose from the Cold or Hot starters section which offers 'Salmon Parcels', 'Avocado Prawns', 'Octopus Salad', 'Poached Mussels', 'White Bate "Makku" (when in season), or 'Mixed Shellfish' which is highly recommended.

For main course a choice of either meat or fish is available. Fish dishes include 'Fresh fish of the day', 'Grilled King Prawns' which are cooked in garlic butter and served on a bed of rice, and 'Mixed Seafood Platter' amongst others.

From the meat section a choice of traditional Maltese dishes are available such as the 'Maltese Platter' which includes Maltese bread, gozo cheese, bigilla (Bean pate'), olives, capers and Maltese sausage. 'Bragjoli (Beef Olives) and 'Traditional Maltese fried Rabbit'. Other meat dishes include 'Peppered Fillet', 'Fillet al Pizzaiolo', 'Chicken Roulade' (Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella and spinach, wrapped in bacon. Served with mushroom sauce.) or ' the special 'Chicken ala Ron's' (Charcoal grilled chicken breast, cooked in garlic butter, brandy and mushrooms. Served on a bed of rice.)

A kid's menu consists of 'Burger and chips' or 'Chicken Nuggets & Chips'.
