Situated in the quiet village of Bahrija, Ta' Gagin is one of the first restaurants you will find. This place was one of the first to open up specialising in the traditional Maltese Rabbit in Bahrija.

Immensely popular by the locals, Ta' Gagin is always packed and diners queue outside in order to taste the popular "Fenkata". The restaurant is family run and provides a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The "Fenkata" consists of the starter which is a plate of spaghetti with rabbit sauce and after the rabbit is served with potatoes and good home made wine. For dessert fruit is normally served or you can choose an ice cream.

The menu is limited offering various meat dishes but then again the speciality is rabbit and that's why everybody visits Ta' Gagin. A good place for family or friend's get together, lively atmosphere, reasonable prices, good food.
