| Situated
in one of the most popular areas in Gozo, Ta' Pawlu is one
of the latest restaurants to open in Manoel de Vilhena Street.
Offering fantastic sea views of the Mgarr Harbour and over
across to Comino and the Maltese islands, Ta' Pawlu is fast
becoming very popular both amongst the locals as well as the
tourists. Diners can enjoy their meals in a relaxed environment
either inside or outside while the owner Paul dispenses good
food.

The
menu is varied and offers a choice of both Mediterranean and
Maltese dishes. For Starters one may opt for the appetizing
Antipasto Mediterraneo which consists of marinated grilled
vegetables served with cold cuts of cured meats, as well as
sun dried tomatoes and local Gozitan "gbejna". A
selection of Pasta dishes is available all with various sauces.
A speciality is the Crepe ta' Pawlu named after the restaurant
itself; a baked folded pancake filled with chicken, cheese
fondue and spinach. Meat or Fish dishes are available for
main course which may include traditional Maltese dishes such
as braised chicken, sautéed port sausages and rabbit
with wine and garlic. From the Desserts the Crepe Surprise
is truly with surprise for you to find out.
A
restaurant that as it all! Definitely worth visiting for all
those who love excellent food in lovely surroundings.
Open
from 1st October to 30th April daily for dinner from 6.30pm
to 10.00pm and for lunch from noon to 4.00pm (closed on Tuesdays
