Tarragon’s setting and stunning sea view is arguably one of the best in Malta and pays tribute to the classy design with homely features.

The menu, inspired by modern Mediterranean influences features truly inspirational dishes, derived from fresh, natural ingredients and an innovative use of herbs, brought to life by chef celeb Marvin Gauci. From heart-warming soups to fresh seafood and pasta dishes, starters are a higher order of delicacy while the mains are chunky, innovative dishes, followed by home-made desserts that will have you yearning for second helpings.

During the day, natural light streams through a magnificent wall of glass which is opened in the summer months to allow al fresco dining, offering an unimpaired view of the St.Paul’s islands and the sea. In the evening, the mood changes to a more intimate atmosphere.
