Turkuaz Restaurant is a delightful
place and one of a kind; it is the first Turkish restaurant
in Malta serving chic Turkish food at affordable prices in
a thoroughly elegant environment. The cheerful, helpful staff
definitely add to the experience, especially as the menu can
be confusing to the uninitiated.

The mains as you might expect feature a lot of grilled and
kebabed meat, but prepared with wonderfully light, fresh seasonings.
The fish dishes are cooked in a simple manner that brings
out their freshness. Ingredients, spices and the wine are
all carefully sourced and very reasonably priced. Check out
the Chef’s daily specials.
If you can’t find enough room for a dessert (traditional
Turkish style), you will want to linger over a delicious,
dark coffee after your meal, or maybe continue sipping a good
bottle of wine as you let the pleasure sink in.
Turkuaz Restaurant remains open till early morning turning
the place into a wine bar serving a buffet of Mezze (at any
time) to compliment the wines which are varied and accommodating
enough for you to find something that will suit both your
meal and your pocket.
This is a fantastic place to go on a date or in a group and
will leave you completely satisfied and ready for the delights
of St.Julians. Truly wonderful.
