Vince carabott (censu ta cafe ) nickname of San Paolo Naufrago from the end 1938 till 1998 than 1958 my father Anthony carabott age of 14 years took part and over for 40 years with all his brothers a sisters Aunty Rose ,Doris ,Melina, Anna Christine Uncle louis ,Mario ,Ray, Frans ,paul ,Joe & lawrence who did from 1990 till 2005 as today thanks to them and my grandmother that we still continue honor his presence at the bar with all good words about his goodness a great gentleman. My brother Paul Myself & not less my Great Father Anthony from October 2005 as the 3 generations we are continue to operate the bar as always we give our best and continue working till our last breathe.my memories as a child of my grandfather he was a model of great personality always smart clean & gentle with all his clients .For me was the best days of Valletta and Malta. All Valletta was busy crowded with residents all areas from time to time always around our nice City . The bar was always busy with people around for coffes beers and spirits that all malta use to come down to wholesalers and shipping companies who operated east street ,st paul street , st lucia street and merchant street where there was the open market all hawkers busy while the market further down merchant street with old theatre that it was the best for meat ,fish veg & more. Thanks to all clients for making San paolo the best and the only old bar open in Valletta so special
